We are delighted to announce we are approaching the construction stage for an exceptional swimming pool & spa extension in partnership with Ben Jurin Architecture. The homeowners will see a stylish design incorporating cutting-edge wellness facilities with unrestricted access from the comfort of their home. 

The suite will comprise a 12m x 4m indoor pool with a built-in spa pool, a sauna and steam room, and a feature shower. A counter-current swim jet installation will be one of the key features of the basement pool, offering the experience of swimming against a powerful output flow that creates a uniform current around the body. Our design scope aims to unlock creative possibilities to accentuate indoor living and offer a luxury lifestyle. Carefully selected finishes, textures and colours will evoke a refined sense of spa-like ambience. Due to the high-performing equipment and elaborate systems, besides the latest technology, this splendid complex will significantly benefit from energy efficiency.
