We are proud to be appointed by Risland Holdings, a Hong Kong-based multinational real estate conglomerate, to design a top-of-the-line vitality pool for Ailsa Wharf. This new regenerative development in Poplar, East London, will be a vibrant mixed-use quarter with a diversified realm of user-friendly amenities to boost healthy living and social interactions.

Collaborating with Broadway Malyan, a global architecture, urbanism and design practice, means we share a dedication to designing an inclusive indoor pool. Employing our wealth of knowledge and based on best performance only, the design spec for Ailsa Wharf will consist of all minute technical details as a minimum standard. Our team will specifically design a unique reinforced sprayed concrete pool shell to complement the room’s trapezoidal shape. Additionally, our packages entail the design of all pool finishes and features, water treatment and filtration system. Our concept proposal incorporates a selection of sought-after water features, i.e. hydromassage beds, neck massages, massage jets and stations, promoting a rejuvenating experience and total relaxation at any given session.
