Within the prepared excavation we are erecting timber formwork for the outline of the pool tank and spa area. The timber work will be used as a backshutter system, onto which the concrete will be sprayed.
With the completion of the
timber formwork, we have lined
out the floor and the walls of the
pool using steel reinforcement to our
standard structural specification (BS8007).
During this process we set in all the necessary circulation
fittings i.e. skimmers, return inlets, sumps etc and
any first stage light niches.
